REBUILD HERE LLC

The consumer understands and agrees to the following by completing the application process.

 

Rebuild Here provides credit building services only and does not extend credit or loan money. All credit building services are installment payments that accrue over the term of the contract selected by the consumer.

 

The interest rate is fixed at 14.99% for the term of the contract.

 

Rebuild Here reports all consumer payments to Equifax and Experian credit bureaus through the services of Denefits.

Within 30 days after the end of the full contract term Rebuild Here will return 100% of the principal payments made by the consumer if all payments have been completed.

 

If the consumer misses two consecutive monthly payments, they will forfeit the agreed 100% principal payback at the end of the contractual term.

At the end of the contractual term if all payments have been completed according to the above terms and conditions the consumer will receive back 100% of their principal amount minus a $30 processing fee. 

 

Rebuild Here uses the services of Denefits to service all its consumer contracts.

 

The consumer understands that all credit boosting claims are subject to consumer financial practices beyond the control of Rebuild Here.
